If the goods is believed to be lost, we are given 90 days to trace the package and to supply any proof of delivery. We will not make any refund before this period.
- We will not make any refund if the goods are held or confiscated by customs

Return Policy (14 days warranty)

We provide "14 days warranty" for all the products, customers may request an exchange within this period.

If the item you received is defective or if it is not the item you purchased, Contact us to request a refund/exchange as soon as possible. Be sure to write the order/invoice number on the outside of the package before shipping. Once the item is confirm defected, we will arrange either a replacement or issue a refund of the defected item. We will take care of the return postage.

If you changed your mind and decided you do not want to keep the item, don't worry, simply send your an unopened item(s) back to ous. Contact us to request a refund/exchange as soon as possible. After we receive your returned item and inspect the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your payment account for the purchase price of the item, LESS the original shipping fee. Please note, customer will also have to take care of the return P&P.

Shipping reimburserment is available for the cost of returning defective items or incorrectly sent items. Please email us a copy of the receipt for shipping the item. Shipping reimbursements will Only be refunded for packages shipped via standard delivery service.

Customer must use ONE of the following standard delivery service:

  1. If return parcel is UNDER 2kg - Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded (Sign For) Delivery
  2. If return parcel is OVER 2kg - Parcelforce 48

Wanta.co.uk will NOT refund any extra cost for other delivery service.

Please allow us 3 business days from the time we receive your returned item to process your refund or exchange. Customers are responsible for the risk for returning the item to us.

However, We do not accept any return for the following reasons :

  1. Product is not suitable for personl reasons such as colors, material, size etc.
  2. Human damage
  3. Wearing damage

Terms :

  1. Customer must report the case within 7 days
  2. Customer are responsible for the cost and risk for returning the item to us
  3. Products may be returned as long as the product is in good condition and the original packaging is intact
  4. Refund is made with the same way as customer paid

Refund Policy

If you would like a refund on an unopened item(s), please Contact us as soon as possible. The item MUST be returned in its original packaging and original condition. After we receive your returned item and inspect the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your payment account for the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee. Please allow us 3 business days from the time we receive your item to process your return.

**Please be aware that we may not accept return merchandise that arrives without an order/invoice number on the outside of the package.**

How to cancel an order

If you would like to cancel an order before payment, please login to your account and press the "cancel" button at the bottom of the order detail page.

If you would like to cancel an order after payment has been made, please email us your request. However if the order has already been processed and shipped we will not be able to cancel the order. We regret any inconvenience this may cause you.
