Lost my parcel
What happens if I believe my parcel is lost? What can I do if my item is shown as delivered, but it hasn’t received? Don't panic, we are here to help!
- Check whether the item was sent using a service that obtains a signature on delivery. If it was, do you recognise the name of the person who accepted the item? The name will be provided by the person who accepted the delivery and not always the person on the address label.
Royal Mail / Parcelforce usually asks customers to sign for deliveries on a digital screen. However, due to the current coronavirus situation, Royal Mail / Parcelforce will not be handing over their hand held devices to customers to capture signatures. Postmen and women will instead log the name of the person accepting the item.
- If the item was sent to your home, ask anyone else living there if they accepted the delivery. Please also check if the item has been left with a neighbour, or in your designated Safeplace if you have one.
- If the item was sent to your work address, check with the post room and your colleagues to see if someone accepted the delivery.
- Check the shipping address was correct.
If you have tried all above and still there is no sign of the parcel, our only other action would be to put through a claim with Royal Mail / Parcelforce. This can be done either by us, as senders, or by you as receiver.
Whilst we are happy to put the claim through on your behalf, you may in fact prefer to put this through yourself as that will give you full access and all up to date information on the progress of the claim. Simply let us know whether you wish to put the claim through yourself whereby we will send you all the relevant details with all receipts etc
Incorrect Shipping Details
One of the most frustrating things in the shipping process is realising that yourself have accidentally provided an incorrect shipping address, such as an old address, wrong postcode. Fortunately, in some circumstances, you can correct this seemingly uncorrectable mistake.
If you accidentally entered an incorrect shipping address, please Contact us letting us know you need to update your address. Please include your full name, order number, and the correct shipping address.
We will do our best to change the shipping address before it ships. If it does ship before we are able to fix the issue, please reply to our message when the tracking information states that it is being returned to the sender. Unfortunately depending on courier, if an item is undelivered they'll normally hold on to it for 18 days. However, if there's a customs charge to pay, they'll hold on to it for 21 days before they will start the return process.
As soon as we receive it, we will ship you out a new package. Please not that customers will be responsible for the additional shipping cost.
General Return Policy
We provide "14 days warranty" for all the products, customers may request an exchange within this period.
If the item you received is defective or if it is not the item you purchased, Contact us to request a refund/exchange as soon as possible. Be sure to write the order/invoice number on the outside of the package before shipping. Once the item is confirm defected, we will arrange either a replacement or issue a refund of the defected item. We will take care of the return postage.
If you changed your mind and decided you do not want to keep the item, don't worry, simply send your an unopened item(s) back to ous. Contact us to request a refund/exchange as soon as possible. After we receive your returned item and inspect the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your payment account for the purchase price of the item, LESS the original shipping fee. Please note, customer will also have to take care of the return P&P.
Shipping reimburserment is available for the cost of returning defective items or incorrectly sent items. Please email us a copy of the receipt for shipping the item. Shipping reimbursements will Only be refunded for packages shipped via standard delivery service.
Customer must use ONE of the following standard delivery service:
- If return parcel is UNDER 2kg - Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded (Sign For) Delivery
- If return parcel is OVER 2kg - Parcelforce 48

Please allow us 3 business days from the time we receive your returned item to process your refund or exchange. Customers are responsible for the risk for returning the item to us.

LELO's 1 Year Warranty Terms and Conditions
This warranty ONLY applies to Lelo products sold by Wanta.co.uk.
This Product Warranty covers the defects resulting from defective parts, materials, or manufacturing if such defects are revealed during the period of 1 year from the date of purchase.
Warranty period:
1 year warranty for orders from UK and International.
If the product becomes defective during the warranty period, the customer is eligible to apply for an exchange. In case the products are:
- Not working due to manufacturing flaw.
- Damages, defects, malfunctions, or non-functioning to or in the product.
- Any malfunction, defects, or damage arising from shipping or storage of products.
Customers are not eligible to activate the warranty if:
- The warranty period is expired, lost or unpresentable.
- The product has been broken by the customer.
- The product has any type of spilled liquid that can damage the design of the product.
- The product has been damaged by external causes, including accidents, fire, lightning, Acts of God, exposure to water or moisture, or caused by insects, pests, or of whatever kind.
Who pays the returning shipping fee and re-shipping fee?
- It is the customer's responsibility to bear the returning good's shipping fee.
- Wanta will be responsible to ship back the item to the customer.
Please contact our Customer Service to find out if the Warranty service is available. Once your Warranty claim is received, we will investigate the cause of the problem, and if the fault with the Product is a consequence of the Manufacturer’s defect in materials or workmanship, Wanta will refund the Product.
Steps guide customer need to do to activate the warranty:
- Upon confirming the purchase of your order, you'll be given a receipt, which will start counting from the date that you placed your order.
- After this receipt has been acquired by the customer, please don't lose it in case you notice a flaw in your product. You won't be able to switch your products if you don't have your receipt.
- In our case, we do not ship an invoice or receipt along with the order. Customer can show their proof of purchase by logging into their account and show their order history.
- In case your item has been broken within 1 year of purchase, you may contact us and exchange your item. In case your item is discontinued, you may choose an item with a similar value.
- After presenting the receipt, Wanta will take 2-3 business days to process the exchange of the product.
Wanta.co.uk reserves the right to amend or modify the terms and conditions of this Warranty without prior notice.
Note that this warranty is under Wanta, and we advise the customer to register with LELO as well for double protection.
Refund Policy
If you would like a refund on an unopened item(s), please Contact us as soon as possible. The item MUST be returned in its original packaging and original condition. After we receive your returned item and inspect the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your payment account for the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee. Please allow us 3 business days from the time we receive your item to process your return.
**Please be aware that we may not accept return merchandise that arrives without an order/invoice number on the outside of the package.**
