First off let me say I love this toy. If you want to try an oral sleeve just buy this now.
I have tried other japanese oral toys, but they broke quickly. This however is lasting well. The details are amazing especially the tongue which gives sensations things like fleshlights just cant (tip: move the tongue arond by squeezing).I came to enjoy the teeth too though they can grate if you use it too much :).
For a closed hole toy it is actully very easy to clean and dry, just use a lint free cloth wrapped round your finger.
The only reason it doesnt get 5 stars is the smell, a strong plastic odor which is still slightly detectable after washing and using febreeze.
The "Bocca Della Verita" wont last forever, but is easily one of my favorite toys of all time.

To be honest I have know idea where all the hype for this lousy toy comes from. The throat part is far too tight to the point that it is not at all enjoyable the teeth boy detached with in a few days. Therefore the roof and bottom of the mouth is now damaged. Due to the tightness of the canal it makes cleaning very difficult and to do so I need to turn the toy inside out which has therefore damaged it further. A little annoying considering this really is necessary to give it a good clean out.

A really lousy cheaply made toy. I shall stick with flesh light in future. If they make a similar toy I will be happy to invest in one considering it will most likely last more than a week.

BE CAREFUL USING THIS TOY! the plastic teeth on this thing will mess up your tip my tip was like a strawberry after use... also came with a pin size hole at the end doesn't effect the toy but leaks out lube, after first use i took the teeth out in a heart beat second time using it much better it also comes with a strange smell normally i don't care about the smells of toys but this one i just can't get over it.

So impressed! Really feels great, if you're looking for a blowjob simulator, this is it!!!!! Smell isn't fantastic but skin feels smooth, hopefully the smell with to away soon. Don't bother with included lube.
